rofllol How many incumbent r's lost, how many d's. You are half right about one thing, it was not excitement for r's it was disgust with d's.

Good question!
How many incuments from each party were voted out?

Exactly! They want to try and say it was about incumbents but only 3 or 4 R's lost to well over 60 D's in the house. And the R's never lost one Senate seat that they previously held where as the Dems have lost 6 so far. This was about the Dems agenda and policies and not the incumbents this year.

The republican incumbent losses were in the primaries, to the tea party.

And good for them!! And I am not sure if you realize this or not, but the Tea Party candidates who won were still Republicans, only fiscally responsible ones. How many irresponsible Dems were cleaned out in the primaries? Or did they vote back in all the same ones who created the problems? At least the Republicans made some changes towards fiscal responsibility and not just status quo.

Really? You think people want Bush the Less Smart back? Somehow you take last nights results and translate that into a referendum on the Bush presidency? You're smarter than that.

I challenge you this, Viking, go out on the 16th Street Mall and randomly ask people if they would like to have Bush 2 back in charge. I'll bet you good money that over 90% would say "HELL NO."

AMEN to that!

This is where the Republicans and Tea Party and Democrats and Socialists must NOW:

1.) Must REPEAL ObamaCare/Socialized Medicine!

2.) Must CEASE Bailouts!

3.) Must STOP DEFICIT SPENDING (Park County Commissioners, listen to this one)!

4.) Must STOP using taxpayer dollars to fund abortions!

5.) Must STOP passing 1,400 - 2,200 page legislative bills!

6.) Must STOP using taxpayer dollars to buy auto dealerships to turn over to the unions!

7.) Must STOP allowing the wipe out of BONDHOLDERS and SHAREHOLDERS of companies under creditor protection so that a union can come in and takeover the business!

8.) Must STOP FNMA and FHLMC and other socialized programs from furthering ruining our financial stature!

9.) Must STOP the practice of giving people home loans that DO NOT have the ability to REPAY the damn loan!

10.) Must STOP growing government with the intent of providing a job for everyone!

11.) Must STOP making these damn highway signs to "pat each other on the back" for stealing from the citizens to build this damn road!

Did I miss anything?!!!

We are no longer the party of [HELL] NO.

We are the party of STOP!

Amen to all of that and yes you missed one. They just said that they will stop all earmarks! I know the Dems will freak out because they can't live without special favors from their Congressmen, but it has to stop!!! People are buying votes with favors and earmarks!
