They're been doing this since Korean War, over many administrations. We were hip deep in the Vietnam war when they seized one of our spy ships, the USS Pueblo, and held the crew for year. They kept the ship, BTW.

Who was in the middle of the biggest war we had fought since Korea and who ordered air strikes on North Vietnam. I hope you're not arguing that he was weak in that respect, just that he was a democrat --which is no argument at all.

I am saying LBJ F*&ked up Vietnam and Korea, and everything else he had a hand in. The poverty stricken, especially the black family is still recovering from his "War on Poverty” and the “Great Society”.

But this is a thread about N. Korea’s attacks on S. Korea.

1. I would not have micro-managed the war from the oval office. I would have let people who know how to run a war run the war.
2. I would not have hamstrung the troops in the field.
3. I would have used Wilson like tactics to get the people behind the war effort.
4. When you go to war you go to war to win it, not to prolong it. If you aren’t trying to win it get the hell out.

Read any of the books written about Vietnam and Johnson.

Actually considering US ground troops are involved in a 2 front war, now would be a perfect time for NK to invade SK, doesn't matter who is POTUS.

But I think NK won't because their economy is a total disaster and they couldn't support a long ground invasion.

They say the malnutrition problem is so severe in NK that the people are inches shorter and have lower IQ's than their southern kin.

Nothing will happen because it will take months for our dumbass president to make a decision. He probably wet himself when he heard the news.
