Tell me Something, Something:

Have you seen me advocating Violence? Screw off!

In your opinion LJ has not been spewing and instigating hate. That is your opinion. Without anything to base it on LJ started calling out the Tea Party and all Conservatives. That has caused all of the hatred to spew forth.

You know me and you know I call them as I see them. When I see hypocrisy I point it out. Just because you agree with LJ's political position doesn't by any means excuse what she has been doing since immediately after these tragic events, yet you don't ask her to apologize or refute anything that she has done. The headlines everywhere are about the media's instant attacks on the Tea Party Movement exactly like this. The fact that none of you Liberals choose to post anything saying that LJ was out of line, points out that the Left is Hypocritical. You are of that position now, even though in person you have stated that you are fiscally Conservative and Socially Liberal, IMO!

LadyJazzer wrote: I can tell you this... A bill has been introduced to make it a federal crime to "threaten a congressperson." If that law passes, I have a feeling I'm going to be forwarding a LOT of messages from this forum.

You are such an argry and bitter person. You have done nothing for days but to try and keep stirring the pot in most every thread here. I am so glad my life is not as angry and empty as yours. You really need to take a step back and look at what you are and where you are going. There is still time to turn things around and enjoy life a little.

Let's see, you called out Archer for allegedly supporting LadyJazzer's posts, but when you are asked in a similar manner if you support BearMtHIB posts supporting the attempted assassination, you get upset.

And then you go on to accuse other posters of hypocrisy.

Careful. If you point out Nmysys' hypocrisy to him, he'll put you on ignore.

1. LJ has been putting forth her own opinion on this matter, nothing more and nothing less. That is NOT hypocrisy!
2. You do NOT know my politics enough to say that I agree with ANYONE'S position.
3. I do not ask anyone to appologize or refute for their OWN opinions. I will ask for clarification and explanantion and then point out where they had opined the oposite in other threads.
4. I'm a hypocrite?! You're a hypocrite! This whole friggin forum is hypocritical! (channeling Al Pacino for a second there, sorry).

What I see. LJ fanning the flames of hatred.
A nutjob that shot not only political figures, but killed a child and others as well, that will probably be saved from the death penalty due to an obvious mental illness.
I seriously doubt that either LJ or BearMtn actually support any of this violence. The biggest question should be are we willing to create laws that impact all because of the actions of a lunatic?

The silent majority will be silent no more.

I don't read BearMtn's statement as supporting the assassination attempt in Tucson. I see him saying that there most likely will be violence and a civil war between the two sides. I don't support his statement but I do agree that the divide between the two ideologies is widening and becoming more bitter each day.

I can see a revolution occurring in this country. Whether or not it becomes violent depends on how much power is garnered by the Government, and how many rights are taken away. I do not advocate that. I don't want to see this country pursuing the same course that is and has proven to cause these types of occurrences, such as the riots in Greece and elsewhere. I see that as Socialism, the act of causing the majority of people to depend on the Government to make all the decisions, to support them, etc., and then they find that they no longer have any money coming in to pay for all the Social feel good programs and end up with riots. Socialism depends on convincing people that there is such a thing as a Utopia, but it also depends on someone or something to pay for it and the money runs out when the incentives to do for yourself are taken away.

So you do not see his statement as supporting murder and violence against those having political viewpoints that differ from his, and you see no problem with his statements. Do I have that correct? You see no problem with his statement that:

"Their opinion does matter. We need to know who the enemy is after all. And I don't think we need to kill the entire left because I think if a few thousand of the main players fall, then the rest of you on the left will duck and run and shut up real quick. The main reason I think so is because I think the left lacks the integrity to stick to their beliefs once the bullets start to fly."

Yet you are accusing LadyJazzer, Archer and others here of being "hateful".
