PrintSmith wrote: Guess what Baileyboy, the folks you mention in all those studies are not becoming more liberal as they age, they are simply readopting, or reaffirming, the views of their youth. Think about that age group for just a minute and you will understand that these are the "Make Love, Not War" flowers in their hair, Beatnick, Hippie came of age post WWII generation that embraced the LBJ 'Great Society' nonsense that has sunk this nation $14 Trillion in the hole. Getting more liberal as they age? Hardly.

Also, FWIW, real men are chivalrous by their very nature. The mistreatment of a lady is anathema to a real man and he naturally comes to her defense. It is only the wimpy child who thinks himself a man who feels empowered by intentionally and maliciously seeking to denegrate a woman.

You haven't got the bull by the horns here laddy. You made the mistake of grabbing a tiger by the tail. Only question remaining now is are you smart enough to let go before the tiger gets annoyed.........

Tiger rofllol  rofllol . Give me a break woos. And grab yourself a good dictionary. You seem to be confused as to the definition of a lot of words. For starters a mouth and a vagina doth not a "lady" make, a..hole. Secondly, I have said it time and time again here, but just for your benefit I will say it again, I don't ever bang on ladies. Rabid, liberal, leftist females? Totally different story. Don't claim you are equal to men and then expect to be given preferential treatment in the arena. Remember the old adage , "Be careful what you wish for".

Oh and by the way this is what the thread is about. Charlie.

Sorry BB, but I am not becoming more Liberal, by any means. What I am becoming is a little more sensitive to others on this board.

All I want to accomplish toward this objective is to be more concerned with debating issues than personal attacks. My views aren't changing, just my methods. The problem is that I spend too much time arguing over responses instead of getting my opinions on the subjects out.

BB what I notice about you, is you put people in a box. If they disagree you call them horrible names and put them in a group that you dislike (notice I stayed away from the hate word) , instead of seeing them as a person. You are not the only one but you are an easy example.

I don't ever bang on ladies. Rabid, liberal, leftist females? Totally different story.

As far as the your comment above (quoted) it says alot about you, not the rabid, liberal, leftist females (your words) women, minorities, etc. you attack. If they piss you off then you put them in your subjective box and give yourself permission to attack them. This is different from debate. I am not leftist. You don't seem to see that I have my own ideas and I have right ones as well.

The thing about your comment above is, your subjective view of people makes you decide how to treat them and let yourself be horrible to whoever you choose and you blame them for your behavior but it really is showing who you are, not them. You are not the only one on these boards who does this. However, I have been on the other side of this attack. And it was mostly name calling and, in my view, deficient in human sensibility.

Do you think if we were to ask Gaddafi if he thought he was becoming more delusional he would answer that in the affirmative?

Classic example of the emasculation of the American male. You are even using feminine terminology. This equates to our military laying down their arms and skipping into the battle field with bouquets and signs

You are starting to get evangelical. Instead of trying to make a scorpion a hamster, just accept that it is a scorpion and it will always be a scorpion and it will always do what a scorpion does. It will sooner or later sting you.

All good humor is based in stereotypes or what is more commonly known as the "TRUTH". Hence this guy nails it perfectly. While you are listening keep in mind he is using the term "Man" in the classic definition. Not the generic term used for the flotsam that forms an ever increasing portion of this populace.

Your comment has no relevance to anything discussed so far. But that is how libs reply when they have nothing of substance to say but just can't shut up. So something has to spill out like a Tourettes patient.

Oh really, that is what libs do? Here we go again.... And your name calling does what?

So, spell this out, I have nothing of substance to say so I should just shut up because I am in your liberal box now.

You know what, if you want to attack me for my views or actions, I am so, so , so .... fine with that (and respect it) but call me a human not a liberal woman. If I were black yeah you would have that on me too. I respect anyone that dislikes me for being me. But, I WILL NEVER, take on your labels. That is what I take issue with.
