We deport them, and they just come back...
Crime Twice Deported, ‘Undocumented’ Worker Kills Houston Police Officer
Posted on May 31, 2011 at 5:23pm by Mike Opelka

Early Sunday morning in Houston, Texas, police officer Kevin Will was working a traffic stop on the side of the highway when a drunk driver struck and killed him. Officer Will leaves behind a pregnant wife and two children.

HPD Chief Charles McClelland says that Kevin Will also died a hero. Just seconds before he was struck and killed by Johoan Rodriguez’s car, Officer Will pushed another man out of the way. KTRH spoke to the Chief:
“The man heard the impact before he hit the ground,” says McClelland. “But he credits Officer Will with giving him the prior warning of yelling ‘Get out of the way!’ it actually saved his life.”
The tragedy of Officer Kevin Will’s death is compounded by the fact that his killer, Johoan Rodriguez is an illegal immigrant who had twice been deported, only to find his way back into the country. According to the KTRH report, Will is also the sixth consecutive HPD officer to be shot or killed in the line of duty by an illegal immigrant.
Perhaps DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz needs to rethink her belief that “undocumented immigrants” are not criminals. The Florida congresswoman has stated that undocumented immigrants (like like the twice-deported Johaon Rodriguez), are “part of the backbone of our economy and not only a reality, but a necessity…” I‘m pretty certain that officer Will’s seven-month pregnant widow and his two children would disagree with Ms. Wasserman-Schultz.
Michael Berry from KTRH News Radio in Houston gives details on this killing and the other officers who died at the hands of illegal aliens:

Americans do the same felonies, except cross the border illegally to get in here. And I am NOT sympathetic to illegals.

California has gone ahead with scholarships for illegal teens. I do NOT want my tax dollars spent that way. American families struggle to send their children to college and often without assistance. Just because these kids were brought here illegally by illegal aliens do NOT mean they are eligible for scholarships using our tax money.

Agreed, Americans do the same crimes, the difference is that the illegals START by comitting a felony, as they pass over that border.

Crossing the border illegally is NOT a felony. (I wish it were...It would make it much easier to prosecute, and prevent anyone picked up from ever becoming a citizen.) They tried to make it a felony, and it was defeated.

If I remember right, it was shot down because it caught too many in it's 'felony' net - including those that had paperwork snafus and any american citizen that aided an illegal - like priests, nurses, people running private charities... made them federal felons as well.

Not that I think that's a bad thing, but it does seem a bit extreme.

OK here we go again. If they did not come here with work visas or with the proper paperwork then they are here illegally. It is simple it is not rocket science. They broke the law. California is so far in debt that it will take them years to dig out from it, and now they want to be a safe harbor state for illegals. Surprize surprize. What would you expect with someone like pelosi in washington who hires illegals to work at her vineyard.

Welfare Insanity: Florida Heroin Kingpin is Illegal Alien on FOODSTAMPS!

Yet another welfare state insanity story that begs for legislation. Last week we brought you the story of illegal aliens in luxury SUVs in Georgia collecting WIC with no ID or foreign IDs.

Now a report from Florida. The head of the largest heroin operation in Polk County, FL history, along with others who work for him, are illegal aliens who collect foodstamps! Four of the operation’s women also collect WIC payments. In addition to raking in tens of thousands of dollars in drug money, the kingpin got $900 every month from the government. “You, the hard working taxpayer of this state, were paying him for this,” the Sheriff said
