Q******* Marriages Passes State Senate

DENVER - A proposal to give same sex couples similar protections as married couples passed the Colorado Senate Wednesday.

The Senate passed the measure on a voice vote.

After a third reading in the Senate this week, the bill moves to a tougher battle in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.

Sen. Pat Steadman of Denver sponsored the bill and spoke vigorously on the Senate floor to give same-sex couples benefits such as medical decision making powers, increased inheritance rights and an easier process to list each other as dependants on health insurance.

RT: Another attempt of homosexuals to queer marriage and put more government into our lives. Didn't Coloradoans vote NO on homosexual marriage?

Good for the Dems in the Colorado Senate! About time homosexual couples had the same rights as heterosexuals.

Personally I am not threatened by homosexual marriage, nor should you be.

Not threatened by perverts....but I think we shall never look back...and now I support polygamy. It's amazing how folks like you accept this unconstitutional move by the well funded perverts at the Gill Foundation - it's been voted down by Coloradoans.

I wasn't aware that "domestic partnerships" had achieved the status of "marriage" yet... When did that happen?

Just think of the possibilities...

Two lesbian couples adopt, one adopts a boy, one a girl.

They grow up, and are both hetero. One night they meet in a bar and on a whim decide to get married.

Double mother-in-laws for both!

He's a little queer that way. Seems to get hung up on a word that's phonetically entertaining. Let's try to sidetrack him...

8 letters, starts with Q.

Quiddich?
Quirkier?
Quickest?
Qualified?

Just change the subject line to "RT's at it again". It'll make much more sense.
