Nym, the first part of my comments were not directed at you. They were directed at the poster before you. You just happened to post before I could reply to him directly.

And, I'm still waiting for a "fact" from you regarding the president being born in Kenya and managing to sneak into the United States as an illegal alien and hoodwink the federal government so that an illegal alien could be elected president. The grandmother "fact" certainly wasn't one, as I showed.

I find it incredible to be debating an issue that first arose three years ago while our government currently faces a possible shutdown and another hit to the economy. Where the heck are your priorities?

CriticalBill.....Bush isn't president anymore. Something you conservatives keep pounding upon here....yet when you need him you conveniently bring him back......even when he was, I didn't start thread after thread after thread ad infinitum about his supposed crimes as the righties here are doing. Everyone has the right to think what they want, believe what they want......they even have the right here to shove it down everyones throat on a daily basis, one thread after another on the same, or similar, subject......and I have the right to point out that nothing has been proven in the nearly 3 years this has been a crusade for some on the right and it's getting old, very old.....get back to us when you have something new to report.

Obama has to prove that he is eligible to be president. He must meet Constitutional qualifications. He must show that he is qualified to be president.

The Constitution does not say that anyone who has not been proven ineligible may be president.

One would think, since we're two years after the election, that process has already been completed to the satisfaction of the U.S. Government. The Constitution doesn't say a candidate has to prove their eligibility more than once.

I'm still amazed people actually think someone could forge a document (leave things off that should be there -- according to them) and be able to be certified as a candidate for the highest office in the nation. It doesn't say much for their faith in the U.S. Constitution. According to them, putting a Manchurian Candidate in the White House is remarkably easy. I wonder why one of our enemies hasn't done it before?

kresspin, here is the gist of what is being questioned.

1. Did Obama claimed citizenship of Kenya whenever he enrolled at Occidental College or Harvard Law School to obtain admission and financial aid? These records have been closed to public access.

2. What citizenship did he use on his passport whenever he traveled to Pakistan? And was he traveling with a U.S. passport for this trip? He said that he stopped on in Kenya whenever he went to Pakistan to visit his mother. His mother was not in Pakistan at that time. Did he go to Kenya to renew a Kenya passport?

These questions are pivotal to his claims of nationality. His birth certificate opens the door to answering these questions about his claims of nationality: Kenya citizenship? or U.S. citizenship?

While as a child he traveled to the ME under the passports of his mother and stepfather Maya Soetoro. What nationality did he claim after his age of majority?

This would also lead into the question of why he is using a Connecticut social security number whenever he has never resided in Connecticut. This hints of identity theft.

Obama has spent several $million to keep these record suppressed so that we cannot find the answers of his nationality. As a private person he has the right to privacy. But he is NOT a private person. He is the president of the U.S. and must show beyond doubt that he is qualified to hold that position.

THERE IS NO PROCESS. He has not proven his eligibility even once! That is the problem.
