1) If you get a barn you offer to help with at least two others (in the most recent case, it was Bootleggers barn as he called for it and has helped in way more than two others)
2) You provide food if you are able, if not let people know and it will try to be arranged.
There were some other so-so rules that I tried to implement with limited success. For example, if you are hosting a barn, you try to have the work projects defined so people can get to work instead of waiting for the barn to start. This was just to save on time and get everyone working as quickly as possible.
