Eastbound CO 74 still closed 4.5 miles south of I-70 due to accident. Traffic alternating. Partial closure began February 21st, 2012 at 3:40.

Heard that two children were flown to children's Hospital.

Evergreen Parkway and Lewis Ridge several accidents and cars sliding. Road still closed from an earlier accident. Avoiding the area might be a good idea.

CDOT is saying that CO74 is open however still many traffic issues in the area.

High winds causing lots of drifting snow across roadways and minor wind damage in the foothills. I-70 and Evergreen particularly having problems. Colorado State Patrol on Accident alert in foothills.
