Need advice on a great car for up here...

What are the current laws regarding teenage drivers and number of passengers? I realize this is off topic, but I am curious. I will be facing the situation soon.

I believe it's no passengers under age 21 for first year unless family members but I'm not absolutely certain.

I think a 4Runner is a great vehicle for this area.

I have a 2003 4Runner that I love.

Will be selling it soon, though --- it's just too fancy for me.
(it's a Limited Edition with a 4.7L V-8)
