Maybe you should get his transcripts for us..since you lib's will not produce his BC..you shouldn't have any problems with that, right kresspin? I mean since he was a fine outstanding foreign exchange student...and please prove us all wrong.
I prefer not to rehash three year old stuff again and again.
Mr. Bean posted a new birth certificate in the first post (the first I'd heard of it) and asked that we prove it's not valid.
I presented a rather lengthy response and that shut you guys up because after that all you did was ad ad hominem attacks. Now you change the subject without discussing the original subject of this discussion.
What is your problem with discussing the original subject without rehashing an old one?
Outdoor, you should ask Mr. Bean to get his transcripts since he managed to get a different birth certificate no one else has been able to.
The last time your brought up the birth certificate, you posted that a state official admitted there was NO birth certificate in Hawaii and were quickly spanked when it was discovered the story wasn't true: <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="

Since you keep bringing up new arguments without addressing the original post, I'll ask you point blank: DO YOU THINK THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE POSTED BY MR. BEAN IS VALID OR DO YOU THINK IT'S A FAKE?
Question by Romeo: "Why doesn’t Obama just show the original “long form” birth certificate with the hospital record?
If he was born in Hawaii, why seal up the birth vault record? The only document that he has presented is the COLB short form which is basically a replacement for the long form or a certification that the “long form” has been filed.
All factcheck.org will say is that Hawaii has the original birth certificate filed according to Hawaii state law, but they will not present it for viewing. Anyone who knows about the laws of Hawaii, knows that back in 1962 Hawaii allowed birth certificates issued for people born abroad to a person who had a residence in Hawaii.
I keep asking this question, because liberals keep avoiding it. They say things like “He doesn’t have to show it” or “He already showed his birth certificate” or “UGH…this was proven false months ago”.
If you don’t have an answer for why Obama will not present the long form Birth Certificate, then please do not answer."
He's not required to present the long form, as the short form is perfectly legal to prove his nationality and run for office.
Anybody who knows about the laws of Hawaii also knows the Hawaii statute you refer to (§338-17.8) was passed in 1982, more than twenty years after Obama’s birth. When Obama was born Hawaii could not file a foreign birth certificate in a Hawaii birth certificate file. I brought this up in my initial response to Major Bean.
But start your own discussion (again) if you want to discuss this. Quit hijacking Major Bean's discussion on the "new" birth certificate that he posted and asked for comments on. It's only polite.
nice spin kresspin..you just proved my point, and thank you for that! You can't produce the long form BC...I think MB would be happy what I just provided you...and you couldn't answer..spin, spin, spin!
Me? Of course I can't produce the long form, just as I can't access your birth certificate. But I can rebut the original post which has nothing to do with what you are spinning.
There is a difference between a Certificate of Live Birth and a Certification of Live Birth, but it’s not what you bozos think it is. A Certificate of Live Birth is a source document. A Certification of Live Birth is an abstract of the information on the Certificate, and certifies that that information comes from the Certificate filed with the state.
The state of Hawaii doesn’t store a Certification as a source document. It issues it when someone requests a copy of their birth certificate, based on the Certificate they do have stored.
Back in 2009, the St. Petersburg Times PolitiFact.com said,
Back on June 27, 2008, PolitiFact published a story we hoped would put the whole Obama birth certificate controversy to rest. It ran under the now-laughable headline, "Obama's birth certificate: Final chapter."
Oh, how naive we were.
More than a year later, the debate continues to rage on the Internet among the "Birthers" movement, people who doubt that President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as president. Or at least, they say, Obama has yet to sufficiently prove things one way or the other.
It goes on to rebut all the arguments brought forth, including yours, with facts and statements from Hawaii officiails.
If you think the copy provided by Obama is not legitimate and the officials in Hawaii are lying, I urge you to contact your elected officials in Washington.
BTW, do you carry the little wallet-size "short form" of your car insurance or do you carry the entire, multi-page policy in your car?
