This guy wasn't very bright, sitting in a public place drinking coffee for an hour. No wonder he couldn't get his bombs to blow up.

If that were true he could have walked out of prison in Georgia, walked into the nearest bank and announced a robbery.

He got on a bus, came across the country to Denver, bought propane canisters, and constructed a pipe bomb.

A lot of work to get back in the federal pen when he could have just walked into a bank anywhere and accomplished the same thing.
