Yes it is the most dangerous city in the world and that includes the America's both North and South.

Could you give us a link for that "fact", Viking?

I Googled and got this:

Top Most Dangerous Cities
Cape Town, South Africa
Guatemala City, Guatemala
Bogota, Colombia
Grozny, Chechnya, Russia
Detroit, Michigan, USA
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Ciudad Juarez, Mexico
Mogadishu, Somalia
Baghdad, Iraq
Caracas, Venezuela

This list shows it is not the most dangerous city in the world or even in North and South America, or "America" (someone keep an eye on Wikipedia, he may try to change the entries to fit his statement). :rofl

http://www.mostdangerouscities.org/

Another list which places it second, behind Caracas:

(In case you missed it, that was a joke about changing the Wikipedia entry)

If Republicans continue to support marginal candidates like this we can depend on Obama winning another term. Heck, this guy used to be a Dem! He'll obviously join whatever group he thinks will get him ahead. I hate to think what skeletons are in his closet, and no, I don't care if he's gay as long as he's open about it. The Republicans need to put forward disciplined, dedicated candidates if we want to be taken seriously. Hopscotching from one glamorpuss to the next just makes us look like lightweights.

Reagan was originally a Dem too.

I respect more people who are willing to change their belief system as they develop their minds.

For example, I used to be a anarcho-socialist.

No, you respect more people who are willing to change from liberal to conservative. When they change from conservative to liberal, you scream like a wounded buffalo and start chanting: "RINO" "RINO" "RINO" "RINO" "RINO" "RINO"

Viking, would your opinion of Perry change if it were shown that Perry may of allowed the execution of an innocent man?

Or that he at least allowed the execution to proceed with no delay even though he was given a report shortly before the execution showing that the main evidence leading to his conviction wasn't valid (why not at least issue a delay)?

Or that he replaced some commissioners investigating the evidence during his last election (including the chair), which delayed the commission's report from coming out until after his election. And when the report finally came out it found that the evidence was not supported?

I'm just going by memory here, but could provide links if you are interested. But just asking what you think if at least the second two points were correct.

Nope. I know the story. Heck people voted Obama in and he was for late term abortion so he allowed the execution of thousands of innocent children. Clinton had affairs in the White House and lied to congress while ignoring Osama bin Ladin. Kennedy killed a woman and covered it up and kept getting re-elected until he died. Byrd was hugely involved int he KKK and black Americans kept voting him in until he died. When you are in office for 27 years, there are going to be some mistakes. As I said, no one is perfect. Have you found one who is perfect that you would vote for? Please point them out to me. But what I am looking out for is the future of this nation and our economy and bringing business and revenue back to the US and cut down the out of control spending. Perry HAS dont this and will continue to as President.
