Anyway..I discovered some more great things yesterday..Hurricane Reef Beer..You can't get it in Colorado..And the Fresh Market store. It's the greatest store you ever saw, they don't have them in Colorado. I swear it's the most upscale grocery store in the world, they don't just let anybody in there and they load your car for you wether you like it or not...Its hard to enjoy the finer things in life if you stay in Bailey or Conifer, there is just not enough demand for them there. It's sad really

UPDATE: I was stumbling home from the beach after drinking too many Old Milwaukee Beers and I stepped on a pop top. I was standing in 3-4 inches of water when the pop top got me. We were a mile away from our Super 8, and the walk back was a marathon of misery. My wife said it would have killed most men...Blood all over the beach (in my pictures) and it's still bleeding now. I refuse to go to the doctor. I feel stronger for having rode it out like I did...Stay tuned for more updates

I've been to a Fresh Market before and I have to agree.........AMAZING!!!!! Better even than Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or the upscale AJ's we had in AZ. It's mostly an east coast thing, BUT they are a rapidly expanding chain so maybe we'll have one in CO some day. I would drive down the hill to go to it when I want some really fantastic produce, etc. Their seafood is to die for. Would I shop there on my everyday, regular shopping trips? Nope, but they are soooo beautiful inside and I loved the experience of it as well. I'm glad you found it and loved it. It can be a bit pricier with some items, but well worth it for a bit of a splurge. Now you made me sad because I wish we had one here. ((((( tongue:

I saw the ray before I steped on it...I thought it was a shadow..It was the size of a smart car or something. 6 foot by 6 foot..When it swam away my first thought was that I gotta get that thing...But I was quickly overcome by an incredible pain. I got to the shore, lil precious saw the blood and I told her to relax, i'll shake it off. So I popped a ice cold Key West, lit a mini Macanudo and tried to forget about it..It was impossible..I had no shoes, and I tried to clean the gapping wound with beer, big mistake, ixcruciating pain!..After 10 minutes we decided to head home- The mile walk on the beach was worse than the Bataan Death march and the last mile of an Ironman triatholon combined..My leg went numb and I asked my wife if I was limping, she said "no", but it sure felt like I was..I wondered if I would even make it when the pain gravitated to my torso...I had to tell my wife to slow down, usually she's always tellin me to..There was a thousand "godams" and "Mother F#@%ckers" said under my breath during that marathon of misery..After we got back to the room I cleaned the wound and the pain increased. Lil Precious tried to take my mind off it with a BJ and I swear my dick got red hot durning it. Red hot. The venom was obviously concentrating there. Then we googled the cure. Hot water- It worked like a charm..Instant relief and i've been fine ever since..Anyway..I posted new pics from this morning- They'll load first so you don't have to sit through the entire slide show again

Oh BTW- I made a fortune on Japan yesterday..Im not going to say how much, but it's a lot..I knew all the emotional, stupid money bet on the USA womens team was just laying there for the taking so I took as much as I could....

And back to the slide show- It's super sunny until about 3pm everyday here, then it rains...Had a tornado last night..It's pictured in the album. Being in a Penthouse unit it was very dangerous, but were stronger for having experienced it
