Um, because it was in Libya? As I said just curious. I suspect there is a profound truth in how our different backgrounds lead us to different assumptions, based on the same statement. Just don't ask me what that is. I am a quart low on profound truths.

YouTube videos of national new casts are likely not fake but just a video capture of what was broadcast. Are you casting doubt on what the US national news organizations and Al Jazeera have broadcast in the past? Or are just grasping at straws in defense of your false Messiah? If you have so much doubt that a YouTube repeat of an old news broadcast is valid aren't you lending creed to the Photoshop argument about Barry's birth certificates?

Now I'm curious, Wayne. Exactly how many years were you in the US military and what branch? Where were you deployed and how much combat experience do you have? Did you ever serve as a forward air controller or in the special forces? I'm guessing if you served you "were in the rear with the gear," I'm fairly confident that you didn't bother to serve your country through service in the DoD at all. As a citizen you have the freedom to choose to serve or not and I'm fine with that.

I went off on that tangent to get to this point; if you don't know what you are talking about then respect the comments of people who do. Do you know what it takes to accomplish precision bombing? How many people are involved in landing a GBU-28 laser guided bomb on a very specific target? How many of those people have to be danger close to the target?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Hey, I get your point, and already knew it.

But when a news story says army, air force, marines, navy, coast guard, or whatever, why not just put a little effort into it and be clear which country you mean? As I said, the ABC News story was clear, but Fox News was lazy, IMO. Minor issue, other than I think others were confused as well, and guessing the OP may of been as well.

Bill O'Reilly is not a news broadcast. He's opinion.

You're assuming the video of the old news broadcast is, in fact, real and unedited. Re: the photoshop of Obama's BC, the friggin State of Hawaii released it. Do you think the State of Hawaii would release a Photoshopped birth certificate????? Do you think if a fake BC were shown by Obama the State of Hawaii wouldn't say, "Hey, that's not what's in our files" ????

I served no time in the military -- but not for want to trying. I tried to enlist and went through the shipping out physical (the one where you pass and you go straight to the bus) but a detached retina washed me out. I wanted to be on a nuclear sub. So, I am among the 91% of Americans who haven't served.

I don't know about that GBU-2B but I'm pretty good at Flight Simulator. Does that count?

I get a kick out of the rabid right always referring to "your Messiah." It's repeated over and over. But no one on the rabid right can ever produce any evidence that he is our "Messiah." The Messiah reference seems to be made up by the right.

BTW, if you check my posts, I've said time and again I am not happy with Obama and have documented why that is so. So, if you think he's my "Messiah" you are as mistaken about that as you are about the accuracy of YouTube videos.

Ok, I'll coincide that O'Reilly isn't all news and he has a political slant. In this case I happen to agree with him and he had credible guests that spoke the truth. If that's too much for you to comprehend then keep living in your special little bubble that allows you to resist reality and think that what is happening isn't. Hope and change are not going to protect you from terrorist organizations that want to shoot down airliners. Clearly you are OK with the CIC lying to you and the rest of the world so enjoy the results of that.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Clearly, you make assumptions that are incorrect.

So you coincide that I might know just a little bit more than you when it comes to how precision bombing is accomplished? NEWS FLASH - you need people on the ground who are danger close to the target to use a laser designator to lase the target. Not everyone on the planet has the comm gear, training, and brass balls it takes to do that job. There is no precision bombing in Libya without US forward air controllers on the ground doing that job, therefore Barry lied to the world when he stated there would be no US personnel on the ground in Libya.

Fake or altered YouTube videos and all the other deflection be damned, we were lied to by the current President of the United States. Why anyone is OK with that escapes me. The fact that this is a third undeclared war started by an Administration that campaigned on an anti-war platform is very telling. Those who want to continue to support the current administration are free to do so; I'm not buying into this crap, Barry needs to be held accountable for his lies. More so Barry needs to address the mess in Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine - what made Libya so attractive probably had to do with political timing.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
