We are to believe that she has been a regular patron of Target for the past 2.5 years and that the first time she happens to be recognized and photographed while doing so just coincidentally comes while her husband is having problems due to his class warfare rhetoric, is suffering from his support from independent voters dropping, and he is running across the country talking about the "Buffet Rule". Sorry folks, I didn't fall off the turnip truck last night.
Maybe I missed something. Where did anyone say she has been a regular patron of Target since her husband took office?
The only thing I read is that she mentioned on the campaign trail that she prefers Target over Walmart.
I agree with CG. She didn't have to go herself. She could have even shopped online, although I don't know what the security restrictions are regarding having mail order stuff delivered to the White House.

FIRST LADY Barbara Bush on Tuesday urged shopping malls not to bar holiday Salvation Army solicitors as she dropped $10 into the kettle and headed off to do some Christmas shopping. Mrs. Bush made the comments in a visit to an upscale shopping mall where the traditional Salvation Army bell ringer greeted shoppers inside the entrance. ''I can't possibly think of Christmas without the Salvation Army. It just wouldn't be Christmas without that bell ringing,'' she said. The Salvation Army has said that many shopping malls are excluding the annual solicitation on the grounds that they do not allow any other groups to solicit.
Doesn't everyone remember MOVEON.org OUTRAGE of TargetBoycott.org? Just last year activists at MoveOn.org, funded by liberal billionaire George Soros sponsored a huge campaign against Target...it seems that Michelle now approves of shopping at Target. I wonder how that cost Target?
