This could be really bad for Cain.

The women whose complaints Herman Cain attacked in a news conference Tuesday are planning to counter with a news conference of their own, attorneys for the women said Tuesday night.

"My client has decided to hold a joint news conference with as many of the women who complained of sexual harassment by Herman Cain as will participate," said Joel P. Bennett, the Washington lawyer for Karen Kraushaar, whose harassment claims against Cain got the current controversy rolling after a report of it appeared last week in Politico.

Why wasn't he just honest from the begining like everyone told him too and these women would not have come out and he could have been back on message by now with just a little ding.

Kraushaar, 55, sought anonymity at first and her name was not revealed by Politico or in other initial press reports. But she confirmed to several news organizations Tuesday that she was behind the first known sexual harassment complaint. She works as a communications director in a Treasury Department inspector general's office.

She left her job at the National Restaurant Assn. in 1999 after she complained of harassment by Cain, who was the association's chief executive from 1996 to 1999. At the time, she received a $45,000 settlement from the restaurant group, which agreed to pay the claim without acknowledging its validity. That period of Cain's biography, when he lived part of each week in Washington without his wife and family, is likely to come under more intense scrutiny.

There's really not enough information to make a criminal case here - but there's a pattern of allegations that would make me think twice about voting for this candiate.

Leadership is not about legal issues --- it's about values.

This guy seems to be someone other than the baseball, hot dog, apple pie, and Chevrolet person that his handlers would like us to think he is.

A pattern of allegations? Could it be a pattern of political slander designed to take him out early? Did you hear the presser? I only heard part of it where he went all in and denied ever knowing her. I heard something about a lie detector test but had to get out of the car. Did he offer to take one?

I want some facts before I write him off. Got something other than a pattern of allegations.

YES, he offered to take one and then within the SAME breath, stated that he would NOT unless there was a good reason to.....I believe that is a direct quote. JMO......there is a distinct pattern here and it is my belief the women are attempting to bring THAT pattern into the light of day......I believe there will be MORE coming forward (additional women, who will state the same problem)

It looks like that accuser also filed a harassment complaint (later dropped) with her next employer over a dumb email joke. So she's going to be targeted as well.

YEP....and that is why most females will NOT pursue a legal action.....the time, toil, trouble, and the tearing down of your character (character assassination) is a HUGE consideration when you opt to publicly come forward......the female is ALWAYS painted in bad,
unflattering terms. You are damned if you do and damned if you don't.....making for a no win situation.....and most females will opt for
other choices.....(like leaving the job and the situation)

And then there are the "she asked for it" accusations

And I'm sure BearMtnHIB can explain to us how these woman should have been flattered by the attention, and the one woman owed it to Cain to provide sex in exchange for dinner.

Rosen is calling the women's accusations "hyper sensitivity" of sexual harassment.

WHERE do you draw the line...you either nip it in the bud, meaning "CUT THE CRAP,you've crossed the line(specifically if you have indicated that time and time again)OR you grin and bear it and find another job as soon as humanly possible......I've worked in corp
America, beside comm. teks and I can take a joke and b.s. with the 'guys"......but when someone ABOVE you,who has power, does this
time and time again??????It's BLATANT abuse......and I can absolutely relate to these women.
