On July 1, 1946, President Harry Truman signed Public Law 476 incorporating Civil Air Patrol as a benevolent, nonprofit organization. On May 26, 1948, Congress passed Public Law 557 permanently establishing Civil Air Patrol as the auxiliary of the new U.S. Air Force. Three primary mission areas were set forth at that time: aerospace education, cadet programs, and emergency services.

Hey dumb sh**, CAP does not require a pilots license. CAP does have thier own planes etc, but not required. So you are really showing your stupidity. And Yes I was in
CAP for about 5 years. So you want to run your mouth again about what you seem to know nothing about, not to count your lying. So tell us which squadron you were with or are with. Or maybe you are lying about this to. I have plenty of references to back me up, so put up or shut the hell up

Your biggest problem you don't like being caught in your lies. Seems to be a constant problem for you. What missions did you fly. I happen to know the higher ups in the Colorado Wing. Easy to verify as there is a record kept of all missions with names of those that flew and particapated.

Let me guess, Baby Fat (or what ever its name is today) was Agent Orange and served in Pun Tang, Na Dang, and other bases around Oregon, Wyoming, and Southeast Asia...
Enjoy your ill gotten booty what ever your name is today. I find more honor in paying for other active service member's tabs anonymously every day of the year instead of seeking of a free meal once a year.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Since it is a requirement to fuel your own plane, to preflight checks etc, so what. Still waiting for you tell what squadron you are or were with etc. When were you in the CAP. Time to put up or shut up. So if you were a pilot how many Orientation flights did you do, do you even know what they are.
Youre not required to fuel your own plane? And no, whats an orientation flight? I was a private Instrument rated poilot at 13, and a commercial pilot at 20
