I want to know:
Is it acceptable to use profane and rude behavior towards a citizen?
Is it acceptable to push your failure to comply with court orders off on the courts and say they are unable to properly write their documents??

OK Folks. You just have today to submit your questions for the Debate tonight at Crow Hill Bible Church.
Please try to attend as this is sure to be a show stopper tonight.
We have a responsibility to get to the truth and exercise our right to vote.
Be an informed voter and show up tonight to find out which candidate best suits your needs.
The Coroner position is a very important one. Should our Sheriff be in a position to not fulfill his responsibilities. The Coroner would then assume this position until a new Sheriff could be appointed. They also have a very important role in our lives should we find ourselves in a position to lose a loved one here.

Ask these Commissioners some hard questions.....They control everything here.

285bound has been really quick to get those videos up. I would think they would be up sometime tomorrow.

My prediction will be that the Sheriff will "conveniently" receive a radio call for back-up that will prevent him from appearing tonight.

Folks, just cause I wrote this does not mean it gave them the idea. They have more than thought out the merits of engaging in a tactic like this long before this post.

Tonight should be interesting. Michael will need to take the gloves off and be very engaging! He will need people to ask engaging questions THAT CAN BE ANSWERED BY BOTH CANDIDATES. They have a 45 minute block in which to debate. Fill it up with questions!

Becky, another question:

If you had a supervisor that allowed a deputy to arrest a driver, carrying "medical marijuana" w/ a lawful card, that did not get administered a lawful "Driving While Impaired - Drug" test by a qualified deputy until the following day, what would you do to discipline that "supervisor?"

2d part: Can you tell me what criminal or civil law(s) where violated, if any?
