The anger over this very flawed joke of a healthcare bill is growing. This will be huge in the midterm elections!

I just can't wait to repeal Obama.

Or at least repeal parts.

I saw one little add-on. If you are a business and pay anyone over $600 a year via credit card, you need to send them a W-9. Seems too many people are dodging thier taxes. Or just prepping the ground for the VAT.

This is ridiculous, who has time for this? At least this does not start until 2012, so their is time to stop the madness. The burdens put on businesses by the Democrats are not helping the economy, they are hurting it.

:thumbsup: This will help jobs. Companies will need that many more drones to fax over W-9's to suppliers.

This will be a huge nightmare.

Costly IRS Mandate Slipped into Health Bill

Most people know about the individual mandate in the new health care bill, but the bill contained another mandate that could be far more costly.

The 2010 Health Care Act adds “amounts in consideration for property” (Code Sec. 6041(a) as amended by 2010 Health Care Act §9006(b)(1)) and “gross proceeds” (Code Sec. 6041(a) as amended by 2010 Health Care Act §9006(b)(2)) to the pre-2010 Health Care Act categories of payments for which an information return to IRS will be required if the $600 aggregate payment threshold is met in a tax year for any one payee. Thus, Congress says that for payments made after 2011, the term “payments” includes gross proceeds paid in consideration for property or services.

No wealth will be created by this activity, it is pure overhead.

I want it repealed because it's nothing but a gift to giant insurance companies, we need need to cut them out completely because Healthcare for profit is immoral. Private health "insurance" is a large-scale criminal endeavor, part Ponzi scheme and part extortion racket that consistently exploits patients at their most vulnerable moments. It is the sort of predatory enterprise like payday lending and loan-sharking that should be criminalized. Evidently 63% of Americans is not enough to change anything considering 90% of Americans want us out of Iraq and we are still there.

Hey friends...It's all about trade offs. Do really really need another nuclear submarine? To fight who? Aren't the ones we got now good enought to fight the guys sporting explosive foot and underwear?
