He already KNOWS that people that show up at emergency rooms--INCLUDING ILLEGAL ALIENS which he so hates--ends up costing us all... But it doesn't fit with his FauxNews/RedState/RushLimbaugh narrative, so he just ignores it.

We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less
We pay more, and get less

American exceptionalism means, to me, that our country was not set up for the benefit of a government, but rather was set up to let capitalism, enterprise, and industry reach their full potential.
The government was limited severely to accomplish this end.
The United States lead the world in every area of human endeavor since 1716 when compared with any other country or economy in the world. We were EXCEPTIONAL!

I am not getting into politics, but I have lived in Europe and South America before making the US my home. I have traveled to many countries around the world and have friends and family worldwide. ALL of them envy me for living in the US. This is still the best country in the world to live in IMHO. Where else do people have so much freedom and possibilities?
