Evidently you are the one with reading comprehension problems. SCOTUS ruled unanimously that the AZ law which allows local and State law enforcement officers to verify the immigration status of anyone they come in contact with during the normal course of their duties is constitutional. SCOTUS has also ruled 6-3 (in Crawford v. Marion County Election Board), with none other than that bastion of conservative thinking, Justice John Paul Stevens, writing for the majority, that a requirement to show a valid, current photo ID at the polls doesn't violate anyone's right to vote.
