the linked source provides their methodology. The number included only those eligible voters.

How did those voters become eligible? Did they have to, at one time, sign up for the voter rolls? Or did their names and demographic information just appear on the voter rolls magically?

On the same page.

"Colorado law requires identification at the polls and for the first time voters who vote by Mail-In Ballot. "

They provided ID at some point in time to get on the voter roll. I guess we should drop that requirement too, since it must be a burden on the poor and elderly.

Colorado law does not require a photo id, and allows a wide range of information to be used to verify identity, including utility bills, bank statements, etc. to verify your address and name. But you just trolling since that information was on the website.

Wow, talk about privacy concerns, a photo ID is onerous, but please look at my bank statement or utility bills.

Plus I bet fewer people have utility bills or bank accounts than actually lack photo ID.

I actually know people who don't have bank accounts or pay utilities.

There are numerous other documents that are suitable, such as SS cards, medicare cards, etc. But you knew that.

A timely addition to our topic at hand:

DENVER—Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler has mailed letters to nearly 4,000 registered voters asking them to verify they are naturalized citizens, or voluntarily withdraw their voter registrations.

Gessler's office said Thursday the letters went to people who presented non-citizen documents like a green card when they applied for driver's licenses and then registered to vote. It is illegal for non-U.S. citizens to vote.

Imagine that. Resident aliens presenting a Green Card to obtain a Colorado DL being allowed to register to vote by employees of the State of Colorado when they are prohibited from voting by the laws of the State.

OK folks, you tell me how in the world anyone can say that votes aren't being cast and counted on a regular basis in violation of the law when we potentially have up to 4000 people who registered to vote, who can show a utility bill if/when they show up at the polls to cast a vote to obtain a ballot, and who may by statute be ineligible to vote, right here in our own State. And you want me to believe that illegal voting isn't a problem at all, anywhere in the union. Have I got that right?

And how many of these have been shown to have illegally voted? None.
