Colorado license plate = probable cause. I love it.
One summer my husband and I rode our motorcycles to Lake Louise, Alberta. Came back thru the US in N. Dakota just about the time Sturgis was starting up.
We were stopped at the border and the US customs literally tore our bikes apart and strip searched us. All they found were some over-the-counter decongestants I had for my allergies, and I got grilled about those. It was really a very upsetting experience. Never mind the 60' RV behind us that they waived thru. Ma and Pa kettle in the RV probably had a couple of kilos to supplement their social security.

Wow! That would suck. I have never had an issue crossing the Canadian border even when I was smuggling in Cubans. (The cigars, not the people.)
But I could see that Colorado might become more of an MJ distribution center. Wyoming guys driving down to Fort Collins to pick up some herb for the weekend, etc.
