Gas rationing? Why don't the good people of NY and NJ simply go to their local auto dealerships and plunk down the $ for a hybrid? It's not like hybrid cars are that much more expensive (or tend to catch fire)... Clearly our comrades in NY and NJ have not observed the main tenants of the Beloved Leader's teachings on energy policy, don't use gasoline and check the tire pressure on your vehicles on a regular basis.
NEWS FLASH - New product that will revolutionize Green energy as we know it:
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
Wow... Has the MJ law already gone into effect? The altered consciousness here is unbelievable.
I guess the usual morons haven't figured out that because of the hurricane and the destruction of the refineries in the area, there's a bit of a problem with the "job-creators" getting their product to the market.

Why don't you tell us which refineries were destroy on the East Coast becaase of Sandy... I'll wait (this should be good).
The news tonight said less than 1/3 of the gas stations were open and capable of pumping gas....some were flooded, some have no power, many have not been supplied with gas.....seriously, isn't it better to ration what they do have so everyone had a chance to get some, rather than letting some of the people get it all? Rationing makes sense when you have a limited supply. I know.....that is totally contrary to the mantra of I've got mine,I don't care if you get any.

The move comes as experts warn that shortages in the city could persist for another “couple of weeks” as crews scramble to repair damage at several refineries knocked out of commission during Superstorm Sandy.
