Employers have been finding ways around that for years...(usually by using fake or stolen SSID's...)

I wonder how many Hispanic's taxes could be paid, or at least offset, if Mitt-Flop, the plastic RMoney, paid what everybody else was paying on their income, instead of hiding his money off-shore?

Do not underestimate my brethren. Many are here because they know how to work the system and not pay taxes. Buy a house with nothing down and minimal income? Not a problem. Live there for free until foreclosure and finally moved out years later. Lots of other ways to work the system. They are pretty damn smart.

So long as they know nothing will happen to them, there is no incentive to stop. Lets follow the law. No compromise. Let those in line doing it the right way be the ones who get to stay.

And wasn't BHO claiming before the election that he had decreased illegal immigration more than any other POTUS? Why didn't the Hispanic voters penalize him for that? Or penalize him for decreasing job and wealth, and wages.

He didn't "claim" anything... The numbers from the Justice Department prove that his administration deported more illegals than any other up to now. Gee, I guess the HIspanic voters voted for him (by 73%) because the TeaBaggers weren't offering them anything except xenophobia, hate, and bullcrap about them being "part of the 47%", whether they were or not.

I thought after the election that R's figured out that they need the Hispanic vote.

Besides, I think most Hispanics would be R if the R party didn't hate brown people. Many are Catholic and except for the hatred of them for their skin color, I figure would gravitate towards a party that does not want to allow abortion and encourages other conservative family issues.

I think if the R's didn't push the anti-brown skin thing (many of them, not all, but certainly enough), Romney would be president and Latinos would be R and R's would push to let them in.

We don't need laws against bigots, the system already self corrected for them and now punishes them.

Many illegals use a fake identity (wow). This way the employer does not know he is doing something illegal (unless they follow up). The worker works, the employers deduct and pay the taxes for him, matches it, etc. etc. and then sends it in to the multiple govt organizations and insurance companies that he is required to for any employee (7-10 forms and checks/edeposits per month) and then the employee gets nothing direct from those payments, just the same stuff we all get (roads, police etc)

Now if the employer is on board, then perhaps no taxes are being paid, working under the table, you know the way many teenagers get paid and many here got paid for their first jobs.

So if you have been paid under the table, ever, you have cheated taxes worse than an illegal who uses a fake ID. In fact if you have purchases or sold items personally and not paid the sales tax, or have bought items out of state on the internet and not paid the use tax, you are more of a tax cheat than an illegal using a fake id.

Perhaps it is time to start treating all humans the same and not being a bigot based on nationality, in the end the bigot is always punished more.
