What I'm seeing is throngs of thousands in the streets of Venezuela, and around the world, grieving at his loss... How many will mourn RMoney when he passes?... (Well, if you don't count the "extended family" of the Mormon church... and maybe the workers building his car-elevator...and the banks in the Caymans, Bermuda and Switzerland....) ?
I don't care about Chavez one way or another...But then your usual snarky remarks about someone you see as a "communist dictator"...(oooo! That's got to be enough to push you over the edge...), was not why the OP was posted. Seems to me the question was "What happens now? What will the relationship be between the U.S. and Venezuela now that he's gone?"
How many U.S.-installed dictators got installed by U.S. neo-cons that ended up VERY wealthy men?...The Shah of Iran, Pinochet, .....I could probably find others, but those are two I can think of off the top of my head... But, hey, I thought you guys were ALL FOR the 1% rich-folks at the top getting rich off of the 99%?... The Bush's and the Reagans have been enabling it for decades...
You may now return to your snark-fest...
Here's some MORE thousands in the streets...
At a mass rally in Pyongyang on Thursday, Army Gen. Kang Pyo Yong told the crowd that North Korea is ready to fire long-range nuclear-armed missiles at Washington.

The Obama administration didn't bother sending a representative to slain SEAL Kyle.

Every veteran who dies is considerably different than a medaled hero who made a record number of sniper kills, but if you want to denigrate an American hero, go right ahead. Just like Kerry, denigrating his brothers in arms after the Vietnam War.

Well shucks, if it came from facebook it must be true. So you don't even have decency to go to an actual source, you just parrot what someone on facebook tells you? At least I tried to verify the info. Nice try though, trying to make me out as denigrating an American hero....I didn't.....

OK, you don't believe the tragic death of the #1 US sniper was worth an official presence. Sounds like a slap in the face to me. I would have even given the guy a flyover.
