Boston Bombers ID'ed - Not White Tea Party members

Here's an example of "ironic" titles. Not only has this boy NOT been connected in any way to a Jihadist movement, the media spews this sh** like crazy. Not surprised at all. In fact, I'm pretty sick of people making their assumptions, based soley on the media and police scanners. Here's the article, and it says NOTHING about Jihad at all. I'm so flippin' floored. NOT.

The Federal government has the right to hold someone without giving him his Miranda rights. It's called the "Public Safety" exception and the Federal agencies can question him from the time a doctor says he is capable of answering questions... for the next 48 hours after that. Then... and only then do they have to read him his Miranda Rights.

The strength of the Miranda decision is its clarity in its nearly unwavering protection of a suspect's Fifth Amendment protection against selfincrimination. The commitment to this rule is so strong that the Supreme Court has recognized only one exception to the Miranda rule—the "public safety" exception—which permits law enforcement to engage in a limited and focused unwarned interrogation and allows the government to introduce the statement as direct evidence.

Images of dead children, the siege of the city of Homs and government soldiers humiliating civilian detainees (both dead and alive) feature heavily in the piece, titled “Those With A Heart.” The video, which is accompanied by singing and chanting in Arabic, with Russian subtitles, ends with this written message: “Syria is calling – we will answer.” A third video called “Meeting between Fahda Ali Kandari and a blind boy” is a sentimental conversation between a possibly fictional Gulf Arab sheikh and a blind child.

The Jihadist movement is motivated by an ideology... not necessarily a membership card in a particular cadre of followers of this ideology. A person can be self-radicalized using printed material, internet Jihadi sites, Islamic fundamentalist videos, email... the list goes on. The evidence that is now coming out indicates that the older brother was possibly self-radicalized over the last few years and convinced his younger brother to support this ideology and join him in this personal Jihad.

YEP, BUT when McCain and Graham want him declared an "enemy combatant" AND the authorities DECLARED (last nite) that the
threat was "over" and public safety was NOT an issue (paraphrasing here, go about your business BUT be aware and report anything
that you deem suspicious).......PUBLIC SAFETY was NOT an issue last nite, there is a DISCONNECT.

This "boy" is 19 years old, he made a heinous decision to follow his brother (JMO) and the judicial system APPEARS to be blocking
his "rights" as an AMERICAN CITIZEN. (correct me if I am wrong, he got his citizenship but his brother did NOT?)....have to check that right now.

He is still a threat to public safety until they can determine if he had anyone else involved in this event and if there is any other explosive devices existing anywhere in the Boston area. Dershowitz may have his own legal opinion, but he can be wrong.
