Boston police arrest three new suspects in bomb case

(Reuters) - Three additional suspects have been taken into custody in the investigation of last month's bombings at the Boston Marathon, the Boston Police Department said in its official Twitter feed on Wednesday.

What I just read about the new suspects makes it look like they were a "shovel" team. Shovels are agreements you make with other friends that in the event of your untimely death, or going to jail, they take all incriminating evidence out of your house, like porn, drugs, bomb making materials.
So the three are being charged with obstruction.

Of the three suspects arrested today, two of them are Kazaks. People from a region in Russia where many Chechens were exiled to by the communists.
