Hey Arch...give me a couple of days and I'll post some ACTUAL premiums of REAL Coloradans. I've not only seen them, I have spoken to the families who are absolutely scared to death about how they are going to afford these outrageous premiums. What I have did not come out of some stupid report from a stupid government news agency. I have the real thing. You'll be so proud to see what this POS legislation is doing to the peasants. All of you who voted for the current administration not only once, but twice, owe the rest of us an apology.

What an idiotic statement. The health care premiums under the exchanges provided in ObamaCares have been shown to be coming in at rates well less than expected. And if your alleged "families" have difficulty in affording them, then they no doubt will be eligible for tax credits which will make their health insurance even more affordable. But then you would not have an "outrage" to rant about then.

Just not happening.

Source please? :splat:

So tax credits will be given to some people who can't afford it? And where will they get the money for those tax credits? Either from taxpayers or from increasing the debt of the US and passing it onto our grandkids. Dog, there is no free lunch!
Goody, your payments went down but someone will be paying it, more than likely, your heirs.

Fred, until you start sourcing your "facts", your posts are considered nonsense and will not be considered. Have a great life.

If you have any kind of a brain in that dog skull of yours, you know Fred is right and there's no need for a source. A subsidy is funded by taxpayers ONLY, but you already knew that didn't you? The geniuses who wrote this crap law could have just as easily charged a tax on current insurance policies that would go to people who can't afford insurance. The money always comes from working Americans, not from some secret government money tree.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I did have one, the CBO.
The Dog didn't.
And she still doesn't have an answer where the money to pay for peoples' tax credits will come from. :grilling:

Fred, just to placate your nonsense, here is the source.
http://www.hhs.gov/healthcare/rights/law/index.html

I realize that you, similar to Blazer Bob and the others, have no desire for honest discussion, that you are merely trolling. I will not be participating in your nonsense exchanges as nothing relevant is ever discussed.

Yes, I read, it says no taxpayer money will be used to fund this program. Talk about out and out lies!
If it is all supposed to be self financed from insurance premiums and fees like the cosmetic surgery tax, why does the non-partisan CBO declare that estimated costs have doubled as they find out more and more as ACA is hashed out by Sec. Karen Sebelius and her bureaucracy?

Again Fred, until you provide sources to back up your nonsense, it will be considered more lies and given no weight. Because they are lies.

OK. We will see down the road. It probably won't be the disaster that some Republicans fear and it will have many unintended consequences that Dems aren't seeing right now. It does add another level of regulation and costs to a healthcare system that is already one of the most expensive in the world. Now we are not only paying for our doctors and our healthcare plans, but also the bureaucrats to monitor everything. And these bureaucrats will keep adding rules and regulations, it is the nature of the beast.

And then there is the theory that the Left planned for ACA to be a disaster so that they can replace it with a single payer system in another decade. I am sure many on this board would prefer the Public/Private Canadian/Brit system.

The disaster this will be won't be proven for a few years, maybe a decade. I think all involved know it will be very bad, and very expensive. Final result, after the revolt, we will have single payer. Obamacare was never intended to actually work, it was a means to an end.

The current disaster is this. Destruction of jobs, destruction of hours. Hurting small business. Making incentives for a company to NOT hire more people. If a company has less than 50, they don't have to pay insurance, or get tax $$ to do so. At 51, they pay a fee, or are required to provide insurance (with no subsidy). Guess what small business can't afford to do.

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!
