edition.cnn.com/2014/11/26/us/ferguson-r...cial-bias/index.html

Article written not as an investigation into racism, but instead was written with the result they wanted to show, and worked backwards into a poor article. They didn't even attempt to show the "racism" by those who have something to gain by keeping certain minority groups down and poor.

I notice they didn't address the rampant "racism" in public schooling? School choice would be a huge step towards bringing all together, but that wouldn't help those who benefit from continuing the race baiting.

Interesting......you rebuke something based on what they "didn't include" rather than looking at what they did include.

No, I rebuke someone who makes an argument by starting with their desired conclusion, and then makes a tortured argument to get to that conclusion, all the while ignoring any facts that aren't convenient to their belief system.

Same thing.

Actually, I'm not the one with blinders on. I can think of many ways to achieve a desired result through designing the test which is supposed to be looking for the result I wish to report. It happens all the time, look at the way that Gruber tortured the language of the ACA to make sure the taxes weren't scored by the CBO as taxes. You think a sociology professor couldn't do the same? And you want to assert I'm the one with blinders on? I don't care who you are, that, there, is funny.

Once again, blinders on? As another member of MMT has stated, I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Your "first blush" should then be a very, very deep red, IMO.

Jon Stewart's take on the 'victim' perspective....

digg.com/video/daily-show-ferguson-the-rage-is-palpable

"A gentleman on Fox News said that black people have been convinced by a network of shrewd propagandists that they are somehow victims, and this is somehow wrong, to agitate a population , to scare them - utilizing all the tools of modern communication - graphics, music, etc. - to stoke these people into a resentful frenzy. Fox News feels that's just damaging to this great nation and tears at our very fabric. I can't imagine anyone would do such a thing... just roll the %^&$ing tape"

Yeah, Colbert had something to say about what's been going on, too:

What do you want to happen. Am I mistaken that back when PS was talking about grand jury leaks you said something along the lines of you would accept the grand jury findings?

In the time since that statement was made new information has come to light that gives me pause to wonder if, perhaps, something was amiss. Given the new information, yes, I would like to see her hit the reset button.

Beat the dead horse and call it Lazarus, you clearly won't be pleased unless officer Wilson gets some charges. Also note the article talks of fleeing, as in leaving. But no bullet wounds were to the back, must have been magic at work then.
