Berlin is advising to not use the Astra Zeneca version on those over 65. The side effects might be too severe. I would really like to see the analysis about this decision.

Masks and lockdowns do seem to work better against Influenza and Colds than they do against Covid-19.

Seeing as how the flu has been all but eradicated, I'd go out on a limb and say masks work for the flu. I'll stay out on that limb and say that they obviously don't work for Covid. If they did, the numbers would be low just like the flu. Lockdowns don't work and masks don't work. It was all about killing the economy for political reasons.

The Eurozone is way behind on vaccinations compared to the UK and the US. Canada too is scrambling to find vaccines for their residents. Thankfully President Trump created Operation Warp Speed which is providing over one million Americans a day "jabs". The Brits us that term for shots and I love it.

Israel is also doing a great job vaccinating their citizens and plan to start offering it to Palestinians too. Vaccine denial types? Looks like Israel also has them, many of the ultra-conservative sects refuse the vaccine. I hate science deniers. Risking other people lives because they are afraid of a fully tested shot.
