Johnson and Johnson's one dose vaccine looks like it will be approved, so hopefully we will start to see the end of this by late May.

Taking with a health professional, positive Covid-19 tests are also way down, but it appears that testing has been declining almost as fast. I have a friend who is a contact tracer in Denver and he says their workload has been declining rapidly. Keep your fingers crossed. The testing might be down just because people aren't getting sick so they don't need to be tested.

NPR had an expert on this morning with a shocking statistic. Only 66% of people with the Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be prevented from getting Covid-19...but the ones who do get it will have very mild symptoms. Looks like this vaccine will help with herd immunity.

Colorado opens up vaccine access to a much larger group. After March 4th, people from 18-64 will be allowed to get the vaccine if they are members of at least two high risk groups. Like if you have heart failure and obesity or similar. Channel Nine news had the requirements on their website.

A recent Gallup poll in the WSJ says about 66% of Americans are willing to get the vaccine. These are horrible numbers. And I blame some of it on the Red/Blue nature of America anymore. Out own Vice President Kamala Harris had said before the election that she didn't trust a vaccine created by the Trump administration.

What poppycock! The vaccines were made by companies that have been saving lives around the world for over a century. It wasn't Tiffany Trump mixing potions in the high school science lab.

OH PLEASE....lookup the stats on who is likely to get the vac.(not opposed to it)....REPUBLICANS do
NOT want the vaccine, by a large margin....there is a decided disconnect.

It’s kinda hard to take someone seriously after they use the term “poppycock”

Interesting twist. Europe is hesitant to take the Astra Zeneca, they want the mRNA vaccines like America is using. Funny, because some of the hesitation I see here is people don't trust the new mRNA vaccines because it is new tech.

But I think it is awesome that in less than a year, we have three vaccines available.
