Deadly riot? Technically yes. But compared to most riots, it wasn't very deadly. Try Burma for deadly riots. I did see a story that one of the Capitol police is facing homicide charges for shooting a protestor.
Deadly in that way?

Well, yes. He shot her in cold blood. He should be in prison if we have any kind of justice system left. Otherwise the riots were only deadly because of the excitement apparently. Oh, and an amphetamine overdose... Does anyone really believe that they are not withholding the medical examiner’s report on Sicknick because it says he died of bear spray? That would have been plastered all over every propaganda rag like the New York Times every day for a month if that were the finding. I’m thinking it says natural causes and nobody wants to eat crow after the ridiculous spectacle they made. They should have waited for the report before cracking the eggs that they will be wearing all over their faces.
