I cannot prove he is biased but I can stack up a lot of evidence he is. And higher courts will decide if Merchan was biased by his words and deeds leading up to and including the trial.
So they cannot prove he is biased either but they can throw out the case if they think he is. And that opinion matters much more than yours or mine.
So stack your evidence. Let's see it, out in the open for everyone to review.
Oh, the donation to Biden - not so much, really. $35 donation, of which Biden received maybe $15. Big whoop.
NEW YORK, May 17 (Reuters) - The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has dismissed an ethics complaint against Justice Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the hush money criminal case against former U.S. President Donald Trump, a spokesperson for the judge said.
"Justice Merchan said the complaint, from more than a year ago, was dismissed in July with a caution," spokesperson Al Baker of the state Office of Court Administration said this week in response to a Reuters inquiry.
Under commission rules, a caution may be taken into consideration in the event of any future misconduct.
The complaint stemmed from donations in 2020 which, according to the Federal Election Commission, were for $35 to the Democratic group ActBlue that included $15 earmarked for Biden for President and $10 each to Progressive Turnout Project and Stop Republicans. Reuters could not determine who made the complaint.
The judge can feather his daughter's nest and make her career if he can get a conviction. Will also go down in history as being the first judge to take down a President.

That's your proof that he is biased? Seriously? That's just speculation and innuendo.
Yes, there would be no motivation at all there.
In fact, it doesn't prove bias at all.
Making his daughter rich might be something even a true blue Republican Judge would do to provide for his daughter and grandchildren.
Plus an unbiased vain man would want to go down in history. President Biden might even give his a Presidential Medal of Freedom for saving democracy!
Many reasons why Judge Merchan would feel a desire to "cook the books".

Many reasons, but no evidence, just more speculation. Tell me, exactly how would Judge Merchan "cook the books" to convict Donny? Have you read any of the testimony to see if he has unduly influenced the case?
The only way CNN avoids bankruptcy (look it up, they're not doing well), is if Trump wins. That gives that worthless network 4 more years of sheep herding and survivable revenue. Trump loses and the economy/inflation just gets worse, CNN's last bit of credibility will evaporate when their sheep finally wake up and realize they've been lied to.
