The laws in place allow for addressing complications that arise in a pregnancy, in all 50 States. The evidence based standard of care that applies to all 50 States protects physicians in all 50 States for the medical care they provide to a woman who experiences complications during her pregnancy. Worry, belief, propaganda are not a fact based examination of the laws HA.“A physician who tells a patient, ‘Your life is threatened by a complication that has arisen during your pregnancy, and you may die, or there is a serious risk you will suffer substantial physical impairment unless an abortion is performed,’ and in the same breath states ‘but the law won’t allow me to provide an abortion in these circumstances’ is simply wrong in that legal assessment,” the court wrote.

Now, if you choose to believe the propaganda instead of the court decision, that’s on you and your inability to reach a reasoned answer to the question.
If the collectivists would stop practicing Identity Politics for political profit and report on reality as it exists instead, the reality on the ground would be much different than it is. That women are needlessly dying and suffering permanent injury is the responsibility of those spreading propaganda to instill fear for their own political profit . . . full stop.

There’s no ambiguity at all in that decision from the Supreme Court of Texas, HA, none at all. Thus, no reason for a doctor providing care to delay any treatment that corresponds with the reasoned standards of care that apply in all 50 States.“A physician who tells a patient, ‘Your life is threatened by a complication that has arisen during your pregnancy, and you may die, or there is a serious risk you will suffer substantial physical impairment unless an abortion is performed,’ and in the same breath states ‘but the law won’t allow me to provide an abortion in these circumstances’ is simply wrong in that legal assessment,” the court wrote.
