While you may think me a simpleton, please bear in mind that I am not the one who misspelled "descending" whilst chastising another forum member for adolescent reading habits. But then, I'm pretty sure you've stopped reading my post by now, as you've already written me off as a hopeless liberal that wants to take away your guns, force your daughter to have abortions, give your money to welfare queens and will attempt to turn your son gay.

While I don't have your attention, I wanted to thank you - along with Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin - for letting us know that Obama is a racist, socialist, communist, anti-American Maoist Muslim fascist extremist at war with the American way of life. (Since you aren't even reading this, I probably don't have to point out that the previous sentence was sarcasm.)

I know that you think that your way of life is the only way, that there is no god but your god, and that sex should be performed in bed, with the current spouse, in the dark, covers up and eyes closed, BUT I really don't think you have a monopoly on the American Way of Life. Just because someone disagrees with you does not make them wrong. It's just a differing point of view, mmmkay? That doesn't make them any less an American than you.

So, in conclusion, I think I need to start a neat slogan, just like you Super Duper Patriots and the Tea Baggers, I'm gonna "Take Back The Country From Those Who Think It Needs Taking Back." Catchy, huh?

Not to go off topic but "search" the following, "concealed handgun permit, Jefferson County Sheriff". It should take you straight to the page on the Jeffco website. It has links to the CRS (Colorado Revised Statutes) regarding use of force, use of deadly force and so on. I recommend the Jeffco site because it is layed out very easy to use, not true of many county sites.
