"Colorado voters could stage the state’s biggest-ever taxpayer revolt by approving three measures in the November election that could save most families more than $2,000 a year"!
"Supporters of Amendments 60 and 61 and Proposition 101 say the three would force government to downsize and spur economic growth by leaving taxpayers with more disposable income".

That is what they said about Tabor.
Seems to me that the only folks screaming about this are the folks who benefit the most from the money.
Need a new cop car....Vote no!
Want to keep your money and the control on how it is ultimately spent....Vote Yes.
They can still get money....They just have to ask....That is what chaps their backsides. They prefer just to take it. (Or steal it)
Smaller Government and less taxes works EVERY TIME IT'S TRIED!!
It's time to VOTE for SMALLER GOVERNMENT AGAIN!!! VOTE YES on 60,61 & 101!! VOTE YES to SMALLER GOVERNMENT!!
I'd love to...but I already voted against them...Because I care more about the welfare of the citizens of this state than putting $2000 in your selfish pocket.
If you think the government knows how to spend your money better than you do, than vote against them as LJ did, But I KNOW that most people think THEY know better than some bureaucrat where their money SHOULD go!! VOTE YES on 60, 61 & 101!!
