posteryoyo it was your comments if i recall that i read to my dad after i read the flume article to him. having spent much of his life getting changes made in cities and counties, his conclusion was that the courts are too biased in parkco and much money spent for naught while a petition/referendum limiting the commissioners has a better chance with the voters than even a recall. but there seems to be plenty of time for a petition/referendum if working through the courts doesn't work. things change and maybe our judges with enough ethics complaints and appeals just might try a fairer, unbiased approach.
