Does your dad think we should request Judge Groome to Recuse himself or do you think that after this past election with him getting basically slapped by the Park County residents, though rescued by the Chaffee County residents, that he might be interested in rescuing his reputation with us?

i am hoping that judge groome has learned from his reversals by the court of appeals and will listen intently and w/o bias.

I suspect that Judge Groome will provide a fair atmosphere in hearing our oral argument.

Listening to what the upset voters have to say about an important county issue is wise. Recall that the voters spoke about another passionate issue in November regarding judicial officers?

Recall that in the 90s, certain commissioners that did not listen to the concerns of the citizens, became unemployed after an early vote.

I suspect you will need a lot more than $170 after the county ask the court to make you pay their attorney fees.

So, what you are implying is that concerned citizens are not allowed to file claims against leaders for malfeasance or something that simply does not make good common sense?

Perhaps, we should just let these folks just have their way with your money? Don't worry fellow commissioners, they won't sue us because if they lose, we'll go after them for legal expenses?

You really have a dim bulb on upstairs don't you?

Your not going to win supporters by jumping down every posters throat who might disagree with your POV. The reaction doesn't match Ronbo's post.
