Jefferson County Open House Community Meetings on Future Development

We want your feedback on how to create our community’s future! Do you have ideas or comments on development in Jefferson County? Attend an upcoming open house or fill out the survey on the county's Planning and Zoning web page by September 20. www.jeffco.us/2584/Plan-Updates . This is your opportunity to give the county feedback as we explore potential updates to the county’s Comprehensive Master Plan.

If you would like to chat with staff in person, attend one of the two remaining open houses. The open houses will be 6–8 p.m. and the same information will be presented at each location.

• Monday, Aug. 27: Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church – Conifer, 9444 Eagle Cliff Road
• Thursday, Sept. 13: Evergreen Fire/Rescue Administrative Building – Training Rooms A & B, 1802 Bergen Parkway

As staff explores what to update in the Comprehensive Master Plan, we want your input on what areas to focus on. Should we revise one of the eight Area Plans that contain specific land use recommendations for every parcel of land in the county? Or should we look at a bigger picture update, like how all of our commercial centers should work together to provide services and jobs that residents need?
