When we believe a person is doing something nice for someone else, we really do take it personally. Our brains register the observation of a good deed as a personal reward.

Yay, I am done. I have everything in the oven I have something to top off for my jello. But, did mostly everything yesterday so I am done now it can all just cook.

Oh I forgot to mention..2 made from scratch pecan pies, 3 mfs pumpkin pies, a Costco Apple Cobbler and a tirimasu cake from the Cake store on Broadawy

I had a great time yesterday. My daughter is now married so we are spending holidays with her inlaws to make it easier on them. It was a beautiful day and my turkey was perfect. And the site was still here when I got back. :Iloveu:

think i will need joey's (from friends) pants for leftovers today too.

hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving. spent some time at a nursing home with my dad and others. since my ankle is still swollen most of the time was spent eating, playing board games and talking. had the pleasure of visiting with a wwii vet who shared some memorable experiences. came home to more food!
