I thought the rule was no changing picks? We need to decide on that one as a group. Can VL change picks? If no decision before kickoff then we have to stick with the original picks.

I think it is easier on the score-keeping if the picks don't change. I don't care either way. Just wait till the last minute to post if you are unsure.

I agree. Let's just stick with the initial picks. People don't need to throw their picks out there in the first day or so.
