Whenever my son was born 42 years ago, my mother-in-law called her local newspaper and informed them of my son's birth. They dutifully printed the information in the newspaper.
This has been done since the newspaper was invented. And will continue to be done until they no longer exist.
Obama's birth announcement being printed in the local newspaper in Hawaii is no big mystery. If you think that newspapers only print official announcements from official documents and departments, then you are extremely stupid.

I guess the newspapers and the bureau of vital statistics for Hawaii are extremely stupid, my understanding is they have verified that those announcements came from the state, not the parents or anyone else. Even the world nut daily has quoted this from the newspaper offices.
"We don't have an editor who handles birth and marriage announcements; we print what we receive from the Department of Health Vital Statistics System," a Star-Bulletin newsroom operator explained to WND.
The operator said, "This is how we've always done it."

Are you a scatter brain? or do you have a personality disorder in which you do not mean a single word that you say?
Back to the original post, I do believe the "racist" comment was in response to Trump's latest "interview" on Hannity, where he stated that he "gets along with THE blacks".... a very strange statement that puts blacks at least an arm's length away from him. Any red herring discussions about birth certificates borders on insanity and deflects attention from real issues to be paid attention to.
The real story here is just an attention whore trying to stay "relevant" and get his TV show renewed with mo money for him.

Well, this just confirms my belief that there is nothing that will ever convince you that Obama is a natural born citizen. If the doctors & nurses (who would probably be over 75 years of age - if they are still alive) came forward to tell you that they did indeed deliver Obama at the hospital on that day, you would probably demand that they produce DNA evidence. If the hospital medical bills were produced (from a procedure half a century ago) you would doubt their authenticity.
It's difficult to not conclude that your mind is already closed to any facts that are presented to you.
If, at some point in the future, it is found that Obama was not eligible to be president for whatever reason, all of the people like me, who think the birthers are a bit nuts, are going to feel pretty foolish.

not enough coffee this morning outdoor?....what exactly do docs and nurses and medical bills have to do with MB posting that the notices in the paper would have been placed by Obama's family and my post which quoted the newspaper saying that no, those notices come from gov't dept of vital statistics.
You are so quick to defend your gang buddy and insult me you didn't even check what you were defending.
