A few years ago some tried to get a bill passed here in Colorado that would have given the Military stationed here in Colorado in state tutuion, It was voted down. So it is ok to give illegals in state tution but not those serving the this country in the military? is that what you are saying here. Personally if they are illegal, then send them packing. Alot of these illegals, (not all) have fake SSN, fake addresses, already are draining the medical system, the welfare system, and now they want to give them in state tution. Hell, lets just roll out the red carpet, invite them all into our state and tell them Colorado is nothing more than a safe haven state, maybe somebody needs to check and see if Giron is legal.

I'm absolutely with you on giving the military stationed in a state in state tuition......personally I think they should get in state tuition in any state in which they wish to go to college....they are, after all, defending each and every state.

Sorry I must be thick.

I believe your position on this perfectly illustrates one of the biggest problems with this country.

No personal responsibility.

Why you have no problem rewarding people who break the law baffles me. Is it really too much to ask someone to become a legal citizen before they receive benefits such as in-state tuition that citizens from other states do not receive? What's wrong with simply obeying the law?

Anyone entering college is no longer a child, they are now an adult. It used to be that being an adult meant responsibility and integrity.

Apparently, that is no longer true.

By your logic , try this on. The children born from a rapist should be aborted regardless of the mothers wishes.
Sorry you are holding accountable someone that did not commit the crime.

Comparing rape and abortion to in-state tuition for illegal aliens, BRILLIANT!

You just don't get it. They are no longer children. Time to be responsible and obey the law !

So these kids should be punished for something they did not do? They are trying to go to school, would you take this 18 year old and send them to a country they never lived in to punish them? their parents -fine , the kid? just mean and cruel. What planet do you live on?
Those of you that don't believe that abortion is fine in the case of rape use that same logic. The unborn should not be aborted(punished) for the sins of the father. Your logic is skewed.

If they are now adults and living in this country illegally they are breaking the law.
Do you disagree with this?

You are saying that is perfectly acceptable for them to break the law because their parents did..... Wow.

And you are seriously trying to associate rape and abortion to this topic? Laughable.
My cat could probably develop a better analogy.

Try a little logic, it is a perfect analogy. When you were 18 how would you feel being punished for your parents crime. What is wrong with you? Your bitterness is hard to comprehend. Very ugly but carry on.
Just a quick question. If they were 17 in high school would you do the same?

Why do you feel they have no responsibility to become citizens now that they are adults?

Here's what it boils down to.

You say it is ok to break the law. I say obey the law.

Obviously you cannot address the issue of obeying the law, so I will not waste anymore of my time on someone who is completely clueless.

Okay now this getting frustrating. You have to have intent to break the law . A small child brought here illegally had no intent. They did not break your law.
Sorry but you seem to only care about being vindictive and not doing the best in a bad situation. Do you cut off your nose just to spite your face? I bet you do.
I don't mean that in a bad way.
