Don't worry Nmysys - In 2012 we are going to replace this sorry excuse we have for a leader- with someone who knows the difference between a friend and an enemy.

This tiny country was created after WWII- as a safe haven and homeland for the Jews- after being flatout slaughtered just about everywhere they lived. It was a settlement created by the superpowers after the war. Many other new boundries were created around the world at the same time.

The arab countries could never accept Israel- even though it is a tiny space compared to the countries around it- ever since it's creation- the Jews have been extremely accommodating to all the cultures living within it. Today, there are 3 times as many muslims living within Jerusalem as there are Christians. These cultures are allowed to practice their religions, and maintain their culture.

And the Jews have been badgered ever since the creation of Israel - from every country that surrounds it- to the point where Israel could stand it no longer. In 1967- when it was evident that they were about to be attacked again- Israel struck back, and this time they took land away from those countries that were a threat. They won the land in a war- it belongs to Israel now. They had every right to do this in their defense, and I find no fault at all what-so-ever in what they had to do to keep from being slaughtered again.

Those countries lost fair and square, a result of their never ending attacks on Israel. They have been the only friends we have in the area- good friends. Every country around Isreal is green with envy at the nation they have developed in such a short time. While everyone else spent their time obsessed with the Israe's destruction- Jews have made a good country, a good economy with a respectable industrial and technological base.

It's kind of like being surrounded by looting leftists- and Isreal being the only hard working market driven economy. And they did all this on a tiny speck of land- land that all these other countries want, but have no right to. Israe has every right of existance- every right to defend herself against these thugs.

Yes- Obama is stabbing our friend in the back, and brown nosing our enemies. He's stirring up lots of trouble for our friend, our enemies will destroy Isreal and then come after us.

Hopefully 2012 will get here before WW3.

And P.S. - I hope this is a wake up call to every American Jew- The left is not to be trusted. Why did they all vote for Obama? I bet they are re-thinking that now. But then, many of them probably don't care, but they should care!

So why was it OK for Clinton and Bush to suggest it but wrong for Obama?

Does this mean we get Iraq and Afghanistan....though we really haven't won yet. But certainly by your logic the US can claim Germany and Japan, and probably Italy. Woo Hoo the US gets bigger!

Isreal needs the land for their self-defense. If you notice- we (Americans) have military bases in all those countries you quoted!

nice spin.....a military base that is there with the ok of the host country is a far cry from taking the land away and keeping it.

listen, I have no problem with Israel, though I think they are very adept at blackmailing the US into doing things that are not in our own best interest. What I haven't seen is any difference in Obama's actions regarding Israel than any other president, the title of this thread is wrong and a lie, and I really don't like lies that are posted simply to inflame.
