If the terrorists want weapons they will not be going to gun shows. Man you sound like the stupid ass media types that have no idea the difference between a .22 and a HI powered Assault Rifle.

So the only weapons sold at gun shows are .22 caliber? I doubt that. I also know that it is relatively easy to modify many weapons into automatic weapons, coming from a background as a machinist to pay my way through college. I was frequently approached to make such modifications, but refused to do so.

This is about limiting sales to a few hundred people who have known ties to terrorism and you echo the tired old cliche about the government coming to take your guns away. So you are on the record of supporting the ability of terrorists to easily obtain weapons.
You decry my "lack of knowledge and research", yet are unable to martial any facts that support your arguments that the government is trying to scare the general public into banning governments. So who is the "marroon" here?

The only ones here posting out of fear are the righties...you go from the feds wanting to close a loophole in the gun show regulations to they want to take all the guns away. No chicken littles, the sky is not falling and you can still buy your guns. Can we assume you all agree that selling guns to terrorists is ok?
