Rules, rules. You really want that? You know if you would all just post the link it would take us out of it. We would all be talking about that thread instead of all this. Some of this is on a case by case basis too. Just post the link like the one to the one on that 'other' board and talk about it to your hearts content. We all have a good thing going here. There are other issues to consider. VL does not give a damn so we don't do it for him. I do know that this person does care that is all I can say.

Let 's get back to something interesting. I once got a warning from the other site that I needed to study the TOS. No offense but f___ that. And I don't think you guys want that either. Just post a link and we are all good. I think a link solves the problem and it is too complicated to try and write out a bunch of rules. No one was admonished we just inform when it comes up (rarely) and move on. We will contact privately if there is an issue. This is the first time I have seen this here and it just isn't necessary. Sorry Joe, end of my semi rant. tongue:

I wasn't complaining at all CG, I like the way the site is run. I just wanted to point out the difficulties of making rules, and some of the considerations to consider. LOL. All is good.

Sorry, I was not trying to be mean I was making a point. That, trust me, you don't need a bunch of rules to go to a site we let you know when there is an issue and there are some behind the scenes issues sometimes too. Sorry Joe. You know I love you. I just would rather be talking about the post and not all this stuff.

Think of us as a ford not a horse. Not all sites are run like PC. It has worked well for us so far.

Sorry but VL is a major exception. LOL And you all have my permission to start a thread about me. That is one of our exceptions. If the person doesn't care then great. Sunshine (who is in love with me is always referencing me) Great no problem but if you don't then that is when this comes into play. we don't always have hard and fast rules. I call it the PC effect. You can do things in a whole new way!

I love the fact that 285Bound lets us talk about it, and work out our disagreements/misunderstandings, rather than just shoving it down our throats!

I can even disagree with the 'powers that be', and not get banned for life!!

wanted to give input. I found Noor to be extremely intelligent,vocal and willing to bring another perspective to things. Her views (from a
Muslim POV (?,I think) are refreshing.JMO,but the populace here on the mountain seems to lack diversity and Noor's contribution (altho sometimes convoluted)brought something else to the table. I have to applaud her for being one of the ONLY females
in the Study (early on). So-o--o, long story,short......Noor was the topic and the confusion about Nics is a bitch. JMO (sorry for the breaks in text)
