What the Corridor REALLY Needs is Another Shopping Center

Sorry all but KV is probably the worst thought out panned and built SUB division in the mountains.

All because the planners helped push the counties into doing the projects. Also heard may have padded a few pockets..

Isn't it swell that I don't need your approval or opinion on where I choose to live! (Of course, I put your opinion right up there next to 'hemorrhoid treatments.')

Good cause only asses live in KV anyway.

On another note I have made a small fortune shoring up homes that were fixing to slide down to their neighbors house do to faulty foundations and builders that cut corners

Really though alot of people move there first thinking they will get the mountain expereience.
Sorta like those that move to Burland (my first place was there)
Then you realize you can get a place with NO neighbors 2+ acres with all the neighbors having the same or more so they aren't close, a killer view of mt Evans, Rosalie, Bandit Peak, mt Logan and some flat land to walk on,grow stuff etc.

2 acres? I feel like my neighbors are too close and I have 20! Maybe someday the folks behind us will sell us theirs.
