Rush Limbaugh Apologizes For His "Slut" Remarks.

Under the new health care bill- insurance companies are no longer private sector. The 2,000 page bill introduces so much government regulation that the industry has in affect been taken over by government. That's another 20% of our economy now under total government control.

The companies are in affect "crony capitalist" -quasi government entities. So much so that the government is telling them that they must provide such services as birth control. Hardly any insurance companies provided this as a part of the coverage in the past, but under "Obamacare" it is mandatory.

When an insurance company is no longer free to choose it's risk pool, the products and services and terms it offers- it is no longer a free company in a free market. When all the terms of the business are dictated and controlled by government- it's called facism- or in better terms- socialism. This is why many of us on the right have been calling it socialist health care- because that is exactly what it is.

Kate- I know a slut when I see one- and this "trollup" of a lady is indeed a slut. And like I said- that in itself is not a bad thing in my book- but expecting government controlled health care to provide her sexual products is going too far for this capitalist.

Wow. Where to start? First, insurance companies would be financially better to cover contraception, rather than risk prenatal care, birth (& complications) and then post-natal care. That's free market right there.

So, this lady is a slut because you say so? I see a smart, educated woman that is speaking her mind. She is not expecting the government to provide free birth control, she is asking for her insurance company to provide medication that could have saved her friends ovary. She is asking for insurance companies to provide contraception, in the same way that men are provided free viagra from their insurance companies.

Does your wife take birth control pills?

Men do not get "free" anything- especially viagra.

Insurance companies do not give anything out for free- they build it into the cost of the premiums based on the risk pool. They pass on every cost to the customer- and that's US.

Before Obamacare- insurance companies could pick which services to offer- now they are told what to offer by government. Not so "free market".
